Job Description: As a GSS Sales Representative you will be required to use your existing executive contacts and relationships with US and European companies who are interested in reducing their costs, supplementing their existing staff, and filling software technology gaps by using GSS offshore Russian programming and support services. The services we provide cover all major system platforms/languages/middleware and focus on application development and maintenance and database/data warehouse migrations. GSS also has a wide selection of IBM Mainframe skills including zOS, zVSE, TPF, and related middleware and application software, and thus we are interested in sales agents bringing mainframe projects as well. You will be supported by our extensive local US based technical capabilities. GSS has been in business for 9+ years and has solid references from many Fortune 100 and smaller companies, plus many software companies. We will also work through you with System Integrators and Consultants as sub contractors.


The Sale Representative position consists of the following aspects:

  • Takes advantage of your existing executive contacts and relationships
  • Earnings are based 100% on Commission
  • May not require full time work; approximately 1 day per week per contract for contact and relationship marketing, as Russian Project/Team Leader provides direct interface to customer
  • Provides ability to represent GSS while engaged in other opportunities, such as technical consulting
  • Build a substantial earnings stream that can last for years
  • After a contract closes, you are responsible for overall customer satisfaction. All other contacts are done by GSS technical onshore and offshore services team.
